Once you have taken a fundamentals class, you can move up to a group equipment class. These classes are performed on the Pilates apparatuses and progress from Fundamentals level to an Intermediate level. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total-body workout. Participants must take the Fundamentals class or receive private training on the equipment prior to taking this class.
